Macroporous renovating plaster for the renovation of walls subject to rising damp, moulds and saline efflorescence

it is used for

  • The final renovation of damp and damaged walls

SEYRISAN complies with the requirements of the UNI EN 998-1 standard.

Mixed with the correct amount of water, it gives rise to a plastic mortar that is easy to apply. Once hardened, SEYRISAN achieves good mechanical strength and is resistant to washout and frost. It should be used as a plaster on vertical surfaces of new or old construction where there is rising damp. This type of humidity is recognizable by its position: it starts from the ground and generally rises up to 1 or 2 m making the plaster darker and forming a line above which the plaster is lighter and therefore dry. Rising damp is typically found in above-ground masonry made of porous materials (e.g. solid bricks).
